FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OVER US$150

All orders take 1-3 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended)

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 24 hours of issued Tracking Numbers

Free Domestic shipping on orders over $150

Please note only qualifying states within the inner 48 states of the continental USA qualify for free shipping. This does not include (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands)

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted.

Expedited Shipping

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders and prices vary by quantity of items in the cart. Expedited orders take 3-5 business days to deliver once shipped.

Rush Delivery

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Rush delivery is available for domestic orders and prices vary by quantity of items in the cart. Rush orders take 1-3 business days to deliver once shipped (within the immediate 48 states). Anything outside of the 48 states can take an additional 1-3 business days once shipped.

Rush Packages

Orders placed on Friday for Rush Shipping are not guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (Customers must contact us to pay for additional Saturday Delivery). Rush orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Refused Packages

All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Undeliverable Packages

All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Delivered Packages

All packages marked as delivered by USPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
