Ewa’s Glamour Boutique does NOT provide refunds. Only Store Credit or Exchanges
At ewasglamour.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better!
- Return packages must be received within 14 business days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
- Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchange.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.
- Ewa’s Glamour Boutique reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
- All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates are final sale.
- Any missing packages or damage items must be claim within 5 business days.

Ewa’s Glamour Boutique recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
